Just stopping in really quickly to say, no, I haven't dropped off the face of the planet! My plans for sewing during the semester fell over because I am nowhere near organised enough to do that!
But now that it's lecture recess, I've been working on a new dress - it's about 90% done, and tomorrow I just have to put in the zipper, hem it, sew down the waistband facing, and put the buttons on then I'm done! So I'll be back with some pretty pictures of that soon :)
Looking forward to the dress - isn't it awful how life just gets in the way so often? I struggled to get up and sew 2 button holes last night, I know where you're coming from!
